Thanks Steve. wasn't easy.
12/4 Cube Week 4 Day 1 crappy workout. Between the doms, forgetting my straps and back locking up, i should have just stayed home. Deadlift 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 2 380 x 2 x 3 Snatch Grip DL 1" blocks 260 x a bunch of reps forgot my straps. grip was an issue. Squats 185 x 2 x 10 after first set, my right erector was cramped up along with the doms from saturdays workout 205 x 10 was supposed to do one more set but i could barely stand straight Tried to do some hyper ext's, not happening Besides the deadlifts, the workout was garbage. |

Loving the CUBE reports you're giving us. I need to write myself up a program to follow. Did you have a template or just kinda wing it with the actual numbers? I saw on Lilly's blog that he laid out the 3 weeks basically. Couldn't find anything on specifics though...
