11/17 cube: week 1 day 3 squats 275 x 3 x 3 reverse band squat 325 x 2 oly squat 225 x 5 x 5 front squats 135 x 2 x 7 was supposed to be 4x15 but my legs said no GM 135 x 7 low back shot db swings 35 x 2 x 12 |
