hubbs, what you mean by take the bar out with lats and tris? 5/23 speed bench 155 +Doubled monster mini 8x3 speed off chest was fine but half way up slowed down a bit. maybe less band tension is needed or i just have to keep working to overcome that weak spot One arm pushdown monster mini 3x15 one arm hammer curl monster mini 3x15 facepull monster mini 3x15 decided to do all band movements as the bench tweaked my forearm a bit. guess speed work aggrevates it. speed squats. green bands. 135x2x2 185x2x2 225x2x2 245x2x2 used a bench till a get my box. Was a couple inches high. weight was easy but felt some torque on my knee so stopped tried some gm's but my hammies are fried. Pause squats 135x5 185x5 225x3x5 abs |

squat 135x5 185x5 225x3 275x3 315x1 365x1 405 miss ugggg bottom squats pins put me well below parallel 225 x 2x5 sdld against short avg bands 135 x 3x5 squatting blows...not sure what the deal is. maybe ill focus on bottom squats to help. |
