11/2 after 2 days of hurricane cleanup, decided a max effort was needed bench 115 x 10 135 x 3 185 x 3 225 x 1 275 x 1 315 x 1 345 x douchebag grabbed the bar as it was coming off my chest even though i told him not to touch the bar incline press 185 x 5 225 x 5 275 x 5 flat flyes 30 x 10 40 x 10 50 x 10 elbow was shot so i stopped |

No idea...it was like 3-4" off my chest when he grabbed it. the moment the bar started coming up he grabbed it. i wanted to kill him.

The Cube - week 1 day 1
deadlift 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 3 335 x 3 x 3 4" block deadlift 355 x 2 x 3 squat 135 x 8 205 x 3 x 8 SLDL 135 x 2 x 10 hyper extensions 30 reps right erector was locked and cramped after squatting. had to cut short sldl and hypers. Serves as a good reminder to bring foam roller to the gym |
