9/22 barbell curl bar x 2 x 100 super pump cgbp bar x 2 x 100 db hammer curl 35's x 15, 13, 14 db oh ext 35 x 30 50 x 30, 20 arms feel like they are going to rip out of my skin. good stuff |

squats to bench 135 x 2 x 50 jump squats 135 x 10 135 x 5 quads had enough at this point db sldl 50's x 2 x 15 legs were shot. couldnt finish the workout. |
