More strain on my wrists than anything.
9/8 rack pulls 135x15 225x15 315x10 405x6 500x15 short rom. tried to keep in my normal groove. felt like humping the bar. good upper back and glute work glute bridge 135 x 3x6 |

Letting out my inner bb. need moar muscles seated press bar x 20 95 x 3 135 x 3 155 x 3 175 x 3 185 x 3 upright rows 135 x 4 x 5 side raises 3 x 10 bent raises 3 x 10 nothing was locked out. tension throughout. shoulders were super pumped. had an impressive looking yoke after. traps came out of hiding Last edited by Bill; 09-14-2012 at 08:09 AM. |

arm day...*not a typo machine preacher curl (weight is what i added) 20 x 2 x 25 20 x 15, 10 x 10 OH rope extensions 80 x 2 x 25 80 x 20 DB hammer curls 20 x 20 25 x 16 20 x 15 hammer incline extensions 20 x 20 25 x 2 x 20 bb curl (1 minute rest between) bar x 15 x 10 x 6 diamond pushups off bench x 15 x 12 x 9 arms were super pumped. felt like they were going to explode. |
