8/31 squats 135 x 5 175 x 4 205 x 3 265 x 2 315 x 1 250 x 7 this was supposed to be 15+, (a week or so ago i did 245x17), but my legs were shot from the sprints on sunday. no more sprints for me. Squat walkouts + hold 405 x 10 seconds 495 x 15 seconds PR i guess since i never tried walking out more than what i was squatting 585 x 11 seconds PR the actual unracking and walking out was easy, walking back was the tough part. I can't fathom people squatting that weight, let alone for reps..also some guys doing 300-400lbs more than that. crazy.

9/5
first week of pmt. squats, top end. 5" or so rom 135x15 225x15 315x15 375x20 why 375? i am squatting narrow and deeper now. not sure i could hit munch past 350. Tried hard to keep to my full squat form on these. really worked my glutes hard. tried to do full squats afterwards, but felt like jelly and weak. finished with some abs. |

Hope this serves you well. That extra glue work is a nice benefit. Something I never consider.
