hahah. you guys are funny.
I've been lifting. I have learned that trying to add muscle while being fat is making me fatter. Been lifting 2x a week w/some conditioning work after lifting, and an additional 2 days of conditioning stuff. the goal is to get leaner, so i can work on mass without getting fatter. 8/22 bench 135 x 10 185 x 4 225 x 3 275 x 2 315 x 1 265 x 10 Dips bw x 10 +70 x 8 powercleans 95 x a bunch Pullups 2 x 7 kettlebell clean and press 70 x 10 each arm kettlebell thrusts 70 x 20 Last edited by Bill; 08-22-2012 at 11:07 AM. |

thx btb. it will be tough as i have little self control when it comes to food.
8/26 sprints 3 x 40yd 1x 100yd this was the most running i have done in years. timed by hand...slow. can only get better from here |

switching things up a bit. working up to a single @85-90%, then dropping to 70-75% for a rep out leaving a couple in the tank.
18 was the most i've done. I had at least 1 in the tank. Considering I have been eating like a bird, i'll take it. |
