Controlled Labs White Flood

I chose this product because I was cycling off of creatine and pre-workout powders without creatine are limited. I'm sick of pills as pre-workouts when I'm off of creatine...for some reason most companies choose pill when they exclude creatine-I'm sick of taking 6-10 pills!
White flood taste is ok..nothing special but not terrible. Doesn't have a lot of fillers which is also good in my opinion. Energy is good due mostly, I belive to the amount of beta-alinine coupled with caffein. Pumps are ok..I've had better but I've also had worse. Cost was great ($40 or 100 servings!).
Decent choice for cycling off creatine. I would try it again.
