Thursday OHP Solid
Pecs felt really tight today, kinda affected my OHP, still a PR though on reps. Awesome! Plus I upped the tension on the speed bench. Speed Bench 135 plus short monster minis x 3 x 6 Standing OHP 95x2x5 135x3 150x11 PR 185x1 205x Miss, got it about half way but my shoulders were tired. Next time! Pendlay Rows 135x10 185x8 225x6 245x3x5 Standing Rows 225x3 x 10 Skull Crushers 65x12 85x10 105x3x6 65x12 EZ Bar Curls 65x3x15 Pumped! Good workout today. Felt solid and energy was good. Karbolyn was good as usual, gives me a nice boost. And helps to get a pump going about half way through my workout. ____________

Sunday Good Hungover Training
Fun wedding last night. I drank way too much and paid for it today. I was able to kick my hangover with the help of some Karbolyn haha. Here is what I did: Fat Grip Clean and Press 135x2x3 155x2 singles 185x2 singles 205x1 205x Miss 185 x 6 singles These all felt good, worked on some technique. Should be able to hit a PR soon with these. Snatches 135x5 singles That was it, did this workout outside in the heat. It was a rough start, but felt decent once I got going and actually enjoyed it. it was just tough to get motivated to start.

Monday Bench Press
Solid session today, groove still feels a little off on bench but I hit decent numbers. low back is still a little off, going to be careful with squats tomorrow and then not do a lot of assistance Bench Press 135x5 165x4 205x3 230x2 265x1 240x 13 I hate ending on 13 but I had nothing left, this was a very solid set for me. But I should be able to beat it next week. Pull Ups *wider and angled handles, a little harder BW x 10 plus 30 x 8 plus 60x2x5 Drop set plus 60 x 4 plus 30 x 3 BW x 4 These felt good, heavy but good. Tate Press 55s x 2 x 8 65s x 3 x 6 Band Pushdowns Average Band x 3 x 15 Neutral Pull Down 115x 3 x 15-20 Squeeze at the bottom Reverse Hyper 2 plates x 2 x 15-20 Trying to heal my back. Overall a good session. I am moving my dips to OHP day, that way I hit chest hard twice a week and hit triceps heavy twice a week. This should allow me to be much stronger on dips also. There will be more tricep volume on Mondays and more back volume on Thursdays to balance it out. Karbolyn was good today, very refreshing, gave me a nice little boost. Should be finishing up the container by the end of the week and I will do my write up this weekend. Most important thing is that this product does everything it says.
