Power clean (Tried the catch in fingertip to get my elbows higher again) 95x3 135x3 185x3 205x3 225x3 (fingers kept slipping off and I remember why I dont like it. Trying to jerk from that position is not going to work for me, so I went back to hands on) (Hands on bar) 135x3 185x1 225 2x3 245x3 275 2x1 Front Squat 135x5 225x3 315x3 405x1 BS 315x3 405x3 495x1 Did two scoops unflavored with some BCAAs sipped during the workout. Steady energy throughout the entire workout. Long one! |
