Last tow Saturday (commercial gym) Back Squat 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x3 455x3 475x2 500x2 Pause Bench press 135x5 225x5 275x3 315x3 345x2 365x1 RDL 315 3x5 Today C&J(lbs) 88x3 132 2x3 176 2x2 198x2 220x2 242x2 264x1 286x1 Clean Pulls 308x3 331 3x3 Jerks 132x5 176x3 231x3 264x3 286x1 308x1 Skipped karbolyn on purpose for both sessions and felt a loss of mental focus and energy towards the end of the workout. Eventhough we are just talking about a carb. It does sustain my energy levels which keeps my head in the game at the end of long workouts without a energy crash or stomach issue. |
