Well started taking "Ripped Freak" this weekend. It suggest 1 tablet in the morning, and 1 basically optional at night. I figured I would take them at night only during the week. Supplement differently feels like it makes your body temperature rise, but in a good way. So far so good on the supplement. Also feels like it gives me a little added energy.

Feel like this supplement is working well so far. I have not dropped any weight, but that is due to I am forcing myself to eat to keep my weight at 300lbs for the meet in February. I have noticed that my stomach is looking a little thinner. Going to try and grab a few measurements today at the gym, and then check them again every few weeks. Really enjoying the added energy from the "Ripped Freak"!

Supplement is still going well. I have not lost any weight, but that is still do to my own desire. I can tell that I have lost a fair amount of belly fat. I still feel like the best part "Ripped Freak" is the energy provided from it. I have added a 2nd pill on workout days for this reason.

Things are still going well with "Ripped Freak" body weight has stayed the same, but diff a soild change in body structure. Really has pulled some fat off! I am not a big supplement guy, but this does work well!!!!
