OK as far as supps been dosing the same no changes there. I bashed my head pretty good Friday at work but still came home got my lifts in but just wasn't feeling well after and didn't log it. Went out and decided to see where my bench max was Saturday. I hit a few sets of flat bench for warm ups then hit a bunch of singles till I maxed out, went like this:
Saturday max bench 135x12 165x12 185x10 205x1 225x1 235x1 245x1 255x1 265x1 270x1 275x FAIL Tuesday PM Workout: Reverse Grip Pulldown: 1 warm-up set 90x12 170x10 220x12 230x10 Lat Pulldown: 200x12 210x12 220x12 Dumbbell Row: 75x17,14,12 Close Grip Pullups With Legs Elevated: 10,10,8 Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 1 warm-up set 20x10 30x15,12,10 Preacher Dumbbell Curls: 1 warm-up set 20x10 30x14,14,12 Spider curls 65x10,8,7 Got the chestne and slight bacne kicking in, sleep couldn't be better, aggression is definitely up, pumps were insane in back and bi's today, energy and focus were spot on as well. Started to feel a little ill towards the end, could be lack of food (only had two meals and two shakes -busy busy day) Went out and blowed the driveway right after lifting for cardio
