The Pumped Test Stack ![]() SNS DAA Caps contain 3.12 grams (3120 mg) of Sodium D-Aspartic Acid per serving. D-Aspartic Acid is a physiological amino acid occurring principally in the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and testes. It is a very potent sexual stimulator, and can be used to help enhance libido, erection quality, duration of intercourse, and perceived orgasm intensity. This study also indicated that testosterone levels were still elevated 3 days after the discontinuation of D-Aspartic Acid, which indicates that it builds up over time, and then slowly decreases after supplementation is stopped. The above study shows for obvious reasons why Sodium D-Aspartic Acid is desirable for athletes and weights trainers looking to build lean muscle and strength. It is important to note that the dosage used in the study was 3.12 grams per day, which is the exact dosage used in Serious Nutrition Solutions DAA Caps, and approximately the dosage used in our DAA Powder. Today was the first day so not much to report from the DAA. I dosed 4 caps in the AM with breakfast. I took 2 caps agmatine with breakfast and 2 caps about 45 minutes PWO, I got a nice pump, really full feeling.
Weight this morning was 162.4lbs I looking to maintain my weight or as close to it and dramatically change my body composition. Basically gonna get ripped to shreds! Diet is going to be pretty strict, though it will be tough in 2 weeks as I go on vacation for a week. Whirly I got another bottle of DAA in, the directions state you can run it either 4 caps in the AM or 8 caps (4 in the AM and 4 in the PM) I'm looking at extending this log past the one month mark. Do you mind if I bump up the dosage in a couple weeks?

Week 4 Rep Range
Taking DAA at. Caps first thing in the morning, still to early to tell anything but strength is good and have been sleeping well the last couple days. Agmatine dosing at 2 caps with breakfast and 2 caps roughly 30 minutes pre workout. Nice muscle fullness and pump. Again still getting these supps in my system but all good so far.
