was feeling pretty good yesterday muscle soreness wise... triceps have a very small amount of DOMS today from mondays chest work... hammies and lower back are a lil tight after last nights deadlift session

took a full serving of AR on Friday after a squat workout and 1/2 serving after a cardio and bicep exercise to get some blood flowing.... muscles feel great today... my diet is 100 % clean starting yesterday... will most likely really help with the recovery benefits of AR

Is it a real deep sore, or do you feel Rehab has lessened the DOMs from what you feel they would be? I take just one severing intra workout and I am rarely, though I do get some slight soreness here and there.

its about the ame as before but to AR's credit my workouts using tricep muscles have gotten more intense... gonna try intra workout and post up results

Took 1 serving of AR w/ 16 oz. low cal gaterade last night to the gym for intraworkout... hoping to see less DOMS from this... will be able to gage its effectiveness through my triceps... they were sore going into last nights arm day from mondays pressing... if they are real sore on saturday i will try 1/2 intra and 1/2 post workout... if they feel good i will keep it intra workout
