Squats 375x3 415x3 Reverse Purple(Light)Band Squats 455x5 SquatsVsChains 415x2chains(455)x1 415x4chains(495)x1 415x6chains(535)x1*pr 415x8chains(575)x1*PR Missed 2nd rep *stupid me smoked the first & just dropped into a 2nd rep which the chains were linked to monster mini bands since there were no leader chains in my gym & as a result I was shaky & the bar mis groved after the 1st rep. HUGE PR for me regardless. 3inch-Mat Deadlifts 325-375-415(1sumo+2conv) Conventional Deadlifts 465x1 505x1 555x2* ~Felt pretty good, went up fast but I just was smoked. Joining to take a de-load next week M,W,F & Max Out or Nearly Max out the following Mon/Wed & rest that Friday for Xmas Eve,continue de-loading thru unto jan 2.2011. During this time off (after the M/Effort attempts) I plan on hitting all the assitance work I missed as well as keeping up the speed work, but will allow my C.N.S to rest up so I can properly peak for my Powerlifting Meet Jan.29.2010 Experimented with taking half my K-otic 15 minutes before work out, and then finished the rest during warm ups since I had a long day ahead to see if I felt a difference. Chugged it all down by my reverse band set. I definitely felt it kick in for the chains sets. Hit great depth with awesome speed, went far beyond my expectations. Let my ego make me fail a 2nd rep, but still nailed the 1st one and smoked it on the Squats/chains but was such a huge pr didn't care. I feel I have taken K-otic enough times to give it a rating now. [B]K-otic Ratings[/B] 1-Strength/Rep Increase:7 to 9*Noticeable difference more so on the volume of heavy sets I can do more so then reps, but hit a few 2-3rep prs so definitely works. 2-Size/Weight Gains:N/A Strength has been up, I been sort of dieting/maintaining my body weight around 250lbs more or less, was worried the creatine might bloat me, but doesn't seem to be a problem. 3-Sustained Workout Energy: 8 to 9 definitely felt it carry me through my heavier than normal de-load week and this heavy week as well. 4-Pumps: Instead of typical soreness I do notice more of a "pump" tense flexed muscle over a really soft putty muscle stiffness (if that makes any sense) 5-Side Effects:N/A. None, no side effects whats so ever. Drank K-Otic with food no problem,on its own no problem,half during training no problem. No dehydration, no acne, no itching. 10/10 on comfortability taking this product. 6-Overall assessment- So far I will give it an 8 on average. No frills no thrills, I am used to the taste, slightly hint of bitter but no real after taste or bite so doesn't bother me one bit. Anything I can chug is good enough for me. Pepto with a kick does get a lot of people wondering what the hell I am drinking tho hahahaha. Will give another rating assessment around Dec.22 when I max out or go near maximal on the squat and deadlift and really put the product to the test. |

Bench Press (W/Pause)
185x3 225x5 Bench Press VS Chains 185lbs + 2chains(225@top) 185lbs + 4chains(265@top) 185lbs + 6chains(305@top) 185lbs + 8chains(345@top) 185lbs + 10chains(385@top) 205lbs +10chains(405@top)*SMOKED both sets, Hugh top-end PR'S 4me Incline Db Press 40x5 55x5 65x5 70x5 85x5 1arm Db Snatches*both arms* 55x1 65x1 70x1 80x1 90x1 100x2*(for each arm as all sets) ~Felt kinda beat up, back pretty sore, not very motivated when I first stepped into the gym. Came in about 45minutes earlier to warm up my lower back, lats, etc... do a little recovery,rehab work before I started training. Took my K-Otic 15minutes before I planed to do Bench Press and my mood pretty much changed. I can definitely say at this point K-otic has been pretty consistent in elevating my moods and giving me a little bit extra every set. It still doesn't solely carry me, but gives a good boost, with little to known side effects which is always a plus. I am used to the taste and its not really a problem for me at this point, goes down smooth, stays down and I am good to go. |

Overhead Squats to Low 10inch~ish 95x5reps 135x5reps *just to loosen up Stiff Legged Deadlifts 135x5x5 Zercher Lifts 135x5x2sets*Sumo Deadlift to Zercher* 135x5x3sets*Power Curl Clean to Zerchers* *Zerchers were beating up my tendons and too hard to muster up regularly* Snatch Grip Rows 135x5x5 Sumo Deadlifts 225x5x5 Hack Lifts 225x5x5 Conventional Deadlifts VS CHAINS 225x5reps 225x2chains x5 225x4chains x5 225x6chains x5 225x8chains x5 225x10chains x5 Good Mornings(full rom) 135x5x5 ATG Squats 135x5x5 Power Squats* Parallel & Explosive 225x5x5 Reverse-Hyper extensions 50lbs X 10reps+10second hold 60lbs X 10reps+10second hold Today was freaking brutal! I think I will post this exercise scheme on a cross fit site make some one do one set of 5reps for each but no stop and name it THE EPIC OF GILGAMESH! Even add a few movements, front squat,overhead squats,etc... Any how WEIGHTS WERE SMASHED! Anyways K-OTIC definitely kept the fuel for the fire burning strong. Will re-rate it on Wednesday after Max Squats/Deadlifts, but I am sure it will get a 9+ on the Endurance and Strength. Used only 8-10@most fluid onces of water, instead of 10-14fl oz do to the bottle size I had, I changed, don't know if that made a difference. Any how WEIGHTS WERE SMASHED! Even though it was very light it was long and brutal and was glad to get er done. |

Competition Bench Press(with Pause)
261x1 275x1 315x1 340xMiss 325x1 335xMiss 315x1 315x1 *Jumped to fast up and weight and just got burnt out, Got the weight about 4 inches off my chest and just had nothing left. All are bodyweight pr's for the bench press but I am not satisfied. Weighing in 250, last time I pause benched this kind of weight I was 260-265lbs ish. Barely slept good, had to run errands early morning and wait out a late night finally that even though I smoked it, it too way longer then I expected, made me late and have to rush off to the gym, something I hate doing but been forced to do and have a pretty bad day.Felt the K-Otic give me more endurance and energy, even tho I failed my 340 lift, I wasn't tired enough to just go home. 325 looked really easy so the new approach will prob be 320-330 then take it from there. |

Squats(Mono-lift)
465/475x1*Smoked it*(was told the bar I was using maybe 65lbs not 55lbs) Forgot to weight it but will just say the lesser to be safe. 505/515*x MISS@TOP- Felt easy, too easy, I poped it out of the Mono lift so fast the bar un-settled and instead of re-racking it I just went for it, the bar rolled forward,called my spotters, they gave very light assistance, but was taking no chances. Could have re-took it but decided to call it quits & Deadlift. Deadlifts 485lbsx1 544lbsx1 584lbsx1 606lbsx1*Felt easy, body weight Pr, weighed exactly 250lbs when I got home which means I weighed less this morning. Felt hard after Squats, but I am very happy and pleased with my progress,despite the mishaps. Will try squatting in my wrestling shoes over my oly shoes to see if that helps my bar roll situation. Still say its no hype,very solid, stand up supplement. I took 2 servings 1 about 30minutes before I squatted and another serving after squatting 15minutes before the Deadlift, due to missing last Wednesday's training and the intensity of the training split I had ahead of me. Even several hours later I am exhausted yet still have energy & definitely do not feel as run down as I used to after doing the same stunts. |

Totally agreed. I should write up last night but want to combine it with today's lifting. After taking a full week off of lifting and coming back strong on dynamic effort today, I definitely feel the endurance and the focus of the product. Wasn't sure until now but this is a very consistent product and I am very very pleased with the results I am getting so far.
