Workout time: 1 Hour Well I slept great last night buy not so great the night before. I think I know what's up with my sleep though. I get off work at 4pm and I'm sippin on my K-Otik by 4:30pm, I'm thinking theres still some effect by the time I go to bed at around 8:30-9pm and it's really messing with me. So next work/workout day I'm gonna try to take it earlier (at work) and see if it helps and has the same desired effects during my workout. Test Charge is going good so far as libido is up, and aggression is increasing some. B: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps Incline dumbbell press 65x12x3 Pec deck machine or flat DB fly 100x12 100x15x2 Smith flat press 205x8 185x10 185x9 Dumbbell side lateral raise 25x12 35x6 30x8 Wide-grip barbell upright row 95x10 95x8 Machine shoulder press 95x12 95x10 Weighted dips +35x12x3 Rope pressdown 110x12x3 Abs: 2 moves 3 sets for upper and lower abs. DONE!! SWOLE!! FRIED!! VIDEO IS IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER Test Charge: Dosed: First thing in AM and Pre workout sides - NA taste - OK (not bad but not great, def still easy to take) effectiveness - Libido is up sleep - Hit or miss I think due to the time I'm dosing the K-Otik weight gain/loss - NA strength increases - NA K-Otik: sides - Possible sleep issues due to time of dose taste - Pretty good, it's fruit punch but tasted more like mango pump - Everybody part worked had a good pump going effectiveness - Good, enough energy to get some things done post workout strength increases - NA Daily supps: EFX Test Charge EFX K-Otik EFX Aroma Block-R AA MFV AA Anabolic ReHab AA AL-I Life Defender Vitamin C Fish oil Orange Triad Zinc Magnesium

It's a joint supp, first time I've used it. Seems to be helping, I'm still dosing fish oil too so between the 2 it's helping.

Working on some new exercises as I switched gears and I'm in full blown cut/ contest prep now. I will be looking for some PR's as my weight decreases. Today was insane, I dosed the K-Otik about a half hour before I left work (3:30pm) to try and adjust the sleep issues. It's currently 7:30pm and I still have some pretty good energy running through me, I got my fingers crossed for some good sleep tonight because I'm getting up at 4:30am to hit some cardio before work. Libido is WAY up at the moment with some nice aggression during my workout today. It was 24 degrees out and snowing today. I have NO heat in my garage where I workout and I was sweating with just a t-shirt and a thin hoodie. A: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps Smith Incline press with 1 strip set 135x10x2 WU 205x5x2 185x8 185x6 185x5 - 135x6 Flat dumbbell press 75x8 65x10 Incline push-ups 15,14,15 Dumbbell shoulder press 35x8 35x7x2 Dumbbell upright row 35x12x2 One-arm side lateral raise 20x12 20x10 Close-grip decline press 135x12 135x10 135x8 Lying nosebreaker 75x12x3 Abs: 2 moves 3 sets for upper and lower abs. ================================================== ======= Test Charge: Dosed: First thing in AM and Pre workout sides - NA taste - OK (not bad but not great, def still easy to take) effectiveness - Libido is sky rocketing up sleep - Sleep is deep and peaceful feeling well rested in the morning weight gain/loss - Down 2lbs as of late last week strength increases - Going up K-Otik: sides - Possible sleep issues due to time of dose (still working on dosing time) taste - I love mango!! pump - Chest was full and well pumped today effectiveness - Good, works well maybe to well in the afternoon as I have trouble sleeping if dosed to late.
