Notes: Been feeling sub-par the last week or so. Nothing major, just a small sore throat and some stomach cramps. Wife has it too.

Today's Recovery: C

Had a good workout yesterday, but my illness is making me a bit weak and it's hard for me to recover.

Libido: B-

Still receiving benefits, though slightly diminished the last several days.
