Bad start but good lift. Me and my buddy got up this morning to go to the y gym and we get there around 9:15 and the lady at the desk says the fitness center is closed for cleaning. So I had to race home and get my basement ready to lift in. It turned out to be a pretty fun lift though. Front Squats 135x2x5 185x2 205x2 235x1 255x1 285x1 300 x 2 PR, I only have 300 pounds in my basement so I had to double it in order to get a PR. Good Mornings 135x5 185x3 225x3x3 185x 5 wider stance, not sure which I like better I usually do suspended good mornings but today I had to do regular good morning and it worked out pretty well, I like the range of motion and may stick to these for a while. The MM was very good today I was very jacked up in my basement. Energy and focus were great. Energy/Focus: 9 very good, sometimes it is hard to get focused in my basement but today was on point. Pump: 5 it is very hard for me to get a leg pump with low reps, so tough to judge. Recovery: 9 no crash at all yet

Monday A.M. Bench Session
Good start to the week, felt good Cambered Bar Bench w/ fat gripz 135x8 Singles w/ 185 225 245 265 285 295 PR! 275 w/pause Using the fat gripz on this was incredible, it took cambered bar bench to another level. Crazy trying to stay under the bar and keep wrists in proper alignment with this bar crazy! Reverse Grip Bench from bottom 135x3 Singles w/ 185 225 245 255 PR Pullups supersetted w/ lat pulldown BW x 14/ 120 x 6 plus 25 x 8 / 120x6 BW x 8 / 120x6 BW x 7 / 120x6 BW x 6 / 120 x 5 This wore out my back quickly, everything was burning. I liked it. The lat pulldown was done slow and controlled with a really good squeeze at the end. The MM was very good still, not much to add. Great pumps, and good energy and focus, no crash Energy/Focus: 9 good clean energy Pumps: 9 I always get great pumps from pullups Recovery: 10 No crash Good workout, more to come later!

Thanks btb, I am going to check out a new gym this week. Not sure if I am going to make a switch but I would like to look around my area and maybe find something more hardcore. I am going to check out Man's World Gym in Trenton, NJ this week. I think it is more of a bodybuilding gym but I have heard it is pretty old school So I will have to see.

thanks man, I really like the MM.
Just ran 1.5 miles in the heat, that was not fun. But I am starting to get in shape, this was the easiest this run has felt, and it is 93 degrees outside with no breeze. Just the way I like it!

Speed Bench Madness!!
Bench Press w/ chains Not sure how much they weighed, 2 sets of very heavy chain but it was quite a bit at lockout and we did a ton of sets, I am not exactly sure how many but here goes. **All sets were three reps, I will note here how many sets I think I did of each 95x1 115x1 135x2 155x3 175x2 185x2 195x3 205x1 went heavy to finish up the marathon strong!! This was a lot of fun, this is the first time I ever benched with chains, awesome! Band Tricep Pushdown 2 average bands 3x12 Single band pushdown 2x15 Lateral Raises 25sx12 35s x 2 x 8 Front Raises 25s x 2 x 10 Awesome workout, it was hot as hell in the garage today. No muscle marinade for the second workout, just some straight caffeine and a protein shake.

Push Pull workout, Awesome workout!!
Hang Clean off a rack the bar was set on safety pins and exploded off the bar into a hang clean, caused me to be much more explosive and fast 135x4,3 185x2 205x1 225x1,1 235x1 245x1 This was more difficult than hang cleans, really had to focus on being explosive Standing Strict OHP 135x5 155x 5 185x1 195x1 PR! 185x4 PR!! Huge PRs here, I think the bands have been helping a lot for strict press Bent Over Rows 205x8 225x8 275x2x6 added straps 315x4 325x8 PR!! I was only going for 4 but just kept going, form was kinda ugly but it was awesome MM was great today had an awesome workout! Energy/Focus: 9 clean energy and great focus Pump:7 better than usual but not great Recovery: 10 no crash at all
