thanks a lot guys, I am already feeling pretty sore in my chest and my biceps. I have not had bicep soreness for a long time. Tomorrow should be an interesting day.

The chains are incredibly heavy on this exercise, and there is no way that I could do high reps with this exercise. I really like using the chains so I will keep this exercise with low reps

Seated Military Press

165x7 barely, I wanted 8 reps but its all good

Plate Loaded Dip Machine

250x10, 6

Tricep Pushdown

100x6 too heavy

This stack is very heavy, the heaviest I have ever used.

Dumbbell Lateral Raises

These felt awesome.

High reps are treating me well, I get a great pump and I feel like I am working extremely hard on every set! The MM was good today good energy and pump

Energy/focus 9 good clean energy
Pump 9 great pump in shoulders and triceps
Recovery 9 no crash yet

I do not know what else to say about the MM, it is a great product. It works for me every time, it gets me focused and ready to lift. Great product.

Thanks, I am using dr willey's methods a little different. I take my muscle marinade and then drink the preworkout meal throughout my workout. Kinda acts the same way. Also, the post workout meal helps with recovery too. I have plenty of soreness this week!

I have never tried Xtend, maybe I will use it one of these days

Legs felt tight today, went a little crazy on my speed workout sunday, and I payed the price today. but once I loosened up, everything went great!

Felt very strong on this set, I nearly puked and passed out after this set. I love squatting!!

Partial Squats from bottom position

These felt very easy, I have not done them in a while, but now will get focused on using them more.

Back felt a little tight from squatting, but its all good.

Awesome squat PR today!!

The MM was great today as usual, this is a great product. I am coming to the end of my container but I know I will use this stuff again. It is at the top of my list for preworkout formulas!

Energy/Focus 9 got jacked up to squat!
Pump 8 decent leg pump
Recovery 9 no crash

Good stuff man, have you ever used Anadraulic State? I've been using it pre-workout but don't dig the "tingle" so much, I was wondering if you have used both which you like better?

The tingle is probably from the Beta-alanine, both MM and ASGT have this supplement in them.
