Off days today and tomarow. I generaly do some playing and do weighted ab crunches. BUT on the NEW TEST CHARGE I have been trashing my body to the piont my lats and pecs remain sore today yet so I will take 2 true off days and fully recoop. Man I am loving this stuff.

Free Motion presses (I,D,F) , Db flies, Db Press, H.S. ISO Incline press.

"B" Power Reps. 5 sets

BB Presses. (wanted more weight but no spotter and being alone used my head)

18 sets for chest, 10 out of 10 today.

Work out "A" was a blast. Used a Dip Machine and grabed sets of 10 with 285 lbs.
16 sets total for tri's (B/W = 160 , wake up weight)

Work out "B" 16 sets for Bi's.

Daily total of 32 sets for arms.

TEST CHARGE still giving me stamina and a extra push.

‎"A" work out done. Just missed a new PR for ISO flat press (336 lbs) by 1/4 of a full rep. (got it 3/4 the way up)
Had it been my first power set not 7th I may have done it.

Yes I can. I use a BB for saturation sets at home. Just Tammy isn't strong enough yet to spot me, and I don't trust people I don't know to spot me. When I work out the gym is generaly pretty emty.

I do DB presses. Did some right before the ISO presses. I have been hitting the Db's more to build my stabalizers. Tammy can lift the weight I do now. When she first started lifting she couldn't lift my Db's to lay them on my chest. I can't do the holding on lat and flopping back.
