Nothing remarkable this workout. Although 155 felt very good flying up as it did, and I felt a nice overall pump today as well.
BP- 155 8x3 Decided to do eccentric cable pushdowns today with 1 arm each, helping to get the weight up with the other arm 4 sets of 5, with whatever "8" is on the plates. Seated BB OH press- 115x10, 125x7, x7 CG rows- 200x8, x8, x8 Used a bit of body english on the latter half of the last set. lateral raises- 35x6, x6, x6 Definitely noticing changes in the mirror too. My traps are bigger, my shoulders are a little more rounded (which speaks volumes, since my shoulders have ever been that great), my left arm is catchin up to my right, I'm more defined, my back is lookin pretty wide, and my legs are definitely getting bigger. I feel that by the end of next week, I'll feel good about going into a cut the week after. Haven't had much of a change on the scale though. Odd. Haven't been able to check my BF% this week, on account of completely forgetting about it. |
