Update on the Recompadrol, going great weight loss has kicked into over drive. I've lost 6lbs in the last 2 weeks. Still having BM's about 5-6 times a day, this is up from once maybe twice a day. Been getting up at 4am hitting some cardio and weights before my 12 hour shifts. I couldn't take it any more, only working out twice a week every other week and 5 days a week every other week. I'm gonna try to keep this up on my long weeks of work and see where it takes me.

The weights have been holding, the BF that I do have left is all in the mid sections, love handles and what not. I've been full most days and like I said weights are holding so it's all good to me

Still seeing BF loss and toning up nicely. Recompadrol still working very effectively at a longer period of time and higher dosage. I'm currently still running 6-8 caps a day depending on what I got going on in my days. Nearing the end of this in roughly a week or so. Forgot to weigh up this week, but last weigh up was 163lbs.

Things are going solid. Up at 4am again today worked out the wheels.the weights are always heavier in the morning but I push it every day!
Just got back from a quick 3 mile run, didn't have much time to hit cardio this morning, only about 15 minutes of ellptical. |

Weight is still slowly dropping, I hit 162lbs on Friday morning. I haven't posted a work out in a while so this is how it went today.
5 minute elliptical warm up 1.5 minutes rest between sets Decline bench 135x12x2 225x6 ![]() 205x8 205x6 135x18 Incline DB Flies 40x10 40x8 30x8 Flat Bar Bench 185x8 185x6 135x12 Dips (Body Weight) 3 sets of 15 1 set of 14 ![]() Cable Tricep Pushdowns 30 seconds rest between sets 110x10 110x9 110x8x2 DB Skull Crushers 20x8x2 20x7 ![]() Overhead DB Extensions 25x10 25x8 20x10 AB's all SS for 3 sets Total Decline Crunches 20lbsx 20 Hanging Leg Raises 15 Decline Twisting Crunches 10 each side Scissor Kicks 15 each leg 2 mile jog after words, I'm whooped!!!!
