that waqrm feeling is perfectly normal i have had a bunch of emails and PMs everywhere asking is thats normal.. It is, feels similar to a niacin flush. Doesnt happen to often after week 1 or 2, after those weeks its spuratic

I have been doing weighted pull ups but recently changed it up, and have'nt thought about rack chins.

I was doing one arm rows also and just switched those up.
I have had a ton of stress this past month and then getting sick really put me behind.

i hear ya on getting sick,
i had my appendix out a couple years ago lost 30 lbs in 4 weeks, then ate everything in site to get back to 200lbs where i was before surgery ended up much fatter though |

I'm doing good man, I have a weird work schedule and had to work the last 2 days. Next week my only days off are Wed and Thursday. Next week I'll try to get on to update even though I don't work out on work days. I got legs later today when the wife gets home.
So far all seems good, still getting a slight warming sensation. Diet has been spot on all week, been feeling leaner but also at the same time feeling like my muscles are getting fuller. SICK PUMP BOYYEEEE!!!! Great work out today, felt awesome, legs are pumped and I'm jacked right now! Friday: Legs Squats 135x12x2 185x10x4 Stiff Leg Deadlift 135x10x4 ![]() Leg Extension 100x10x4 Leg Curl 50x10x4 Lunges 20lb DB'sx10x4 AB's Hanging Leg Raises: 2 sets of 20 reps Crunches: 2 sets of 20 reps Side Crunches: 2 sets of 20 reps Plank: 2 sets of 30 seconds each
