First day on the full dosage and it went well. Felt energized all day, usually need a nap on mondays but did not feel tired at all today. Workout went great started off slow due to a rough weekend of rugby, but once my legs loosened up, the lifts also went up.
Checked my weight today and I was 218.5, this is up 3.5 pounds from last week but could be from some other things. This is the heaviest I have ever been in my life, and I do not see any visual difference in fat levels. Hopefully this keeps going great, I am feeling good, and my workouts feel much easier than usual. I feel like I could lift all day.

Today is my fourth day at the full dosage and everything is going great. I feel full of energy and I feel like I could workout all day. No side effects at all yet. Today I am forcing myself to take a day off from the gym, my body needs a little recovery time before deadlifting tomorrow.
Strength feels good, weights are starting to feel lighter. Good stuff all around, other than a little too much St. Patty's day celebrating I feel great.
