Close Grip Bench (great pump and energy explosion) 4-8 reps 225x4 4-8 reps 225x4 4-8 reps 225x4 4-8 reps 225x3 Barbell Curls 4-8 reps 115x2 + 1 negative 4-8 reps 105x5 4-8 reps 105x4 + 1 negative 4-8 reps 105x3 + 1 negative DB Curls (losing steam, weight feels heavy) 6-8 reps 45x4 6-8 reps 45x4 6-8 reps 40x5 6-8 reps 35x6 Tricep Pushdown using rope (nice pump) 6-8 reps 150x6 6-8 reps 150x6 6-8 reps 150x5 6-8 reps 150x5 Hammer Curls on incline bench (blah) 6-8 reps 30x7 6-8 reps 30x6 6-8 reps 25x6 6-8 reps 25x6 20 min light-med jogging post workout. Took T-Alpha about 1 hour and 45 before warm-up. sh** came up.Felt iron-chewing hunger when I started workout; nothing like i've felt before. Tri's felt like they were growing every rep. Biceps on the other hand were weaker than expected; it was hard to get every rep. Felt pretty blah on Hammers. -Close-grip was explosive, intense pumping, definitely came from T-ALPHA -I'll definitely try getting started no longer than 1 hour after ingestion next time. Sleep: average Diet: average (keto) Discipline: average- All in all it was pretty good day 1

Don't plan on doing a real cut, until about a month out. Sounds insane but I gotta plan and if I stay on track I'll lose over 20lbs of fat when its over. While gaining muscle. Right now weights are going up every week like clock work and weight is coming off. I plan on continuing my old routine POWER week then HYPERTROPHY week. I don't want to spare any muscle to win a cut, you know bro.

Hypertrophy Week 3 T-Alpha,1hr before workout.30 min treadmill postworkout
Mon – Chest, Shoulders Flat DB Press (1.5 min rest) 8-12 reps 70x9 8-12 reps 70x10 8-12 reps 70x9 8-12 reps 70x9 added a set, good pump 30 deg Incline Press (2 min rest) 8-12 reps 185x7 8-12 reps 175x7 lack of O2 8-12 reps 165x8 Cable Crossovers (1.5 min rest) 8-12 reps 55x11 8-12 reps 60x9 8-12 reps 60x8 8-12 reps 55x9 8-12 reps 50x10 DB Military Press (1.5 min rest) 8-12 reps 45x8 8-12 reps 40x9 8-12 reps 40x8 8-12 reps 40x8 DB Side Laterals (1 min rest) 8 reps 30x8 Failure 25x11 Failure 20x12 Failure 15x12 Failure 12x13 I put in rest time between sets, trying to be more strict with time to better track progression. I was a little gassed after 2nd set of Incline bench, accidently put bench at 30 degree instead of 15 that I usually do today so weight went down a little.
