Close Grip Bench (great pump and energy explosion) 4-8 reps 225x4 4-8 reps 225x4 4-8 reps 225x4 4-8 reps 225x3 Barbell Curls 4-8 reps 115x2 + 1 negative 4-8 reps 105x5 4-8 reps 105x4 + 1 negative 4-8 reps 105x3 + 1 negative DB Curls (losing steam, weight feels heavy) 6-8 reps 45x4 6-8 reps 45x4 6-8 reps 40x5 6-8 reps 35x6 Tricep Pushdown using rope (nice pump) 6-8 reps 150x6 6-8 reps 150x6 6-8 reps 150x5 6-8 reps 150x5 Hammer Curls on incline bench (blah) 6-8 reps 30x7 6-8 reps 30x6 6-8 reps 25x6 6-8 reps 25x6 20 min light-med jogging post workout. Took T-Alpha about 1 hour and 45 before warm-up.:( sh** came up. Felt iron-chewing hunger when I started workout; nothing like i've felt before. Tri's felt like they were growing every rep. Biceps on the other hand were weaker than expected; it was hard to get every rep. Felt pretty blah on Hammers. -Close-grip was explosive, intense pumping, definitely came from T-ALPHA -I'll definitely try getting started no longer than 1 hour after ingestion next time. I was a little gassed after 2nd set of Incline bench, accidently put bench at 30 degree instead of 15 that I usually do today so weight went down a little.
