T-Alpha, 3 capsules 1 hour before workout.
Compound Exercise Overload -20 sec rest between sets I chose to work Legs and Shoulders today. Only cuz there's no way I was squating 45 minutes straight. lol, or i'd need a crane to get off the ****ter. ![]() Squats 225x3x2 215x3x2 205x3x2 195x3x4 185x3x9 185x6x1 1 min rest before last set 20 total sets Military Press 115x3x5 105x3x12 95x3x14 95x9x1 1 min rest before last set 32 total sets Everything felt good. Great Pump. Great routine for a week. 20 minute low intesity cardio post-workout Time to get a good carb up meal in. It has been 3 weeks, tried to go 4 like the TNT book, but it's time to shock the system. have a good weekend all T-ALPHA seems to be givin me the edge I need with this diet.
