Great Pump!!! Decreased rest time since last hypertrophy Monday. Weights went down a little, but not as much as I thought considering the decreased rest. I cut 20 minutes off from last workout. Worked out Saturday instead of Friday. Diet OK- needed to eat a little more food. Sleep 6.5 hrs, Discipline Good, Breathing OK. Still worn out from Dodgeball Friday night. Low carb kicked my butt the last couple days. I didn't get as many vege carbs as I normally do, that's probably the culprit. Feeling tighter during and after every workout.

Bumped up T-Alpha dose to 3 capsules 1 hour before workout.
This is my strength week. I decided to try something new for a routine this week. It is called: Compound Exercise Overload -20 sec rest between sets -object do as many sets as you can in 44 minutes; while only doing 3 reps, even if you can do more. Rest 1 minute then do as many reps as you can during the 45th minute. I chose to work chest today. 15 degree Barbell Press 205x3x2 195x3x7 185x3x4 175x3x20 165x3x4 155x3x6 145x3x2 135x3x6 125x3x3 115x3x15 115x4x1 1 min rest before last set Sweet pump during and after.
