Wide Grip Pulldown (1 min rest) 8-12 reps 210x12 8-12 reps 210x10 8-12 reps 210x10 Deadlifts (replaced T-Bar rows to concentrate on deads. Want to build a nice base for bulking later) (1.5 min rest) 8-12 reps 205x10 8-12 reps 205x10 8-12 reps 205x9 Close Grip Pulldown (1 min rest) 8-12 reps 210x12 8-12 reps 210x10 8-12 reps 210x8 DB Rows (1 min rest) 8-15 reps 40x10 8-15 reps 40x10 8-15 reps 40x9 Barbell Shrugs (behind the back) (1 min rest) 8-15 reps 155x15 8-15 reps 165x12 8-15 reps 165x12 8-15 reps 165x11 added a set DB Shrugs (1 min rest) 8-15 reps 55x12 8-15 reps 55x10 8-15 reps 55x10 T-Alpha 45 min before workout. Stopped after deads to go to my son's science fair, then finished after I got back. Pump was pretty good at first, pretty understandable that intensity wasn't the same when I re-started. Still wasn't bad though. Pretty good workout overall maintained discipline on rest per set. |
