i try to go with 1.5 min rest on heavy days, but from time to time i push it out to 2 mins due to bresthe and just being juiced

this always depends on my goal for the day. if i want a great work out and done fast i will only rest 60 sec but if i have only thoughts of pushin huge amounts of weight i will rest 3-4 mins. so 2 still seems relatively short if you ask me.

Squats (2 min rest) 8-12 reps 205x12 8-12 reps 235x10 8-12 reps 235x10 8-12 reps 235x8 DB Lunges (Tri-Set with Leg Extension/Leg Curls) (2 min rest) 8-12 reps 35x10 8-12 reps 35x8 8-12 reps 35x7 Leg Extension 10-15 reps 105x10 10-15 reps 95x10 10-15 reps 95x9 Leg Curls 10-15 reps 70x10 10-15 reps 60x12 10-15 reps 60x10 Standing Calf Raises (1 min rest) 10-15 reps 225x12 10-15 reps 225x10 10-15 reps 225x9 10-15 reps 215x10 T-Alpha 45 min before workout. Intense workout, great pump, twitchin like a mofo when done. I barely made it back up stairs, just to stretch it out on the treadmill. ![]() *40 min total workout, 17 working sets plus warm-up Sleep 6hrs, Diet +, Discipline +, breathing + 30 min cardio postworkout *Made great time today. Legs were spent from tri-settin, Heart rate as high as it has ever been. Satisfied and ready to go to bed early. |
