I generally don't lose much of anything dieting down to 220-225. If I do, I might spend a couple weeks/a month doing some cyclical eating at maintenance to help muscle memory bring some of what was lost...back.

BtB's Anabolic Addiction Phenom V1 & HT-8 Log
02/05/2010: Day 4 anabolicaddiction.net Weight Loss: Minus 2 Took Phenom V1 & HT-8 early morning, and 3pm. Notes Diet is rocking along smoothly. No sides from this stack. I do seem to be a little more wide awake then normal at night. I like taking this stack pre-workout along with Gaspari SuperPump250...had me jamming on all cylinders today, even with only sub-par sleep last night. Was a bit hungrier than normal last night, but no big whoop. Appetite is great. No sides. Very mild stack. Nothing bad at all to say. So far so good.

I just dropped a liquid A-bomb, as a matter of fact. I think I am 5 pounds lighter. The "peeing" has slowed, but I flushed it out the back door.
Sorry to be so brutally honest, but this is a "log". (pun intended)

02/06/2010: Day 5 anabolicaddiction.net Weight Loss: Minus 5 Took Phenom V1 & HT-8 early morning, and 3pm. Notes Flushed mad water last night. Down 5 pounds in 5 days, and feeling great. I know this amount of weight sounds excessive, but remember that I had a cheat meal the weekend before I began this cycle. My body is rebounding from that re-feed very nicely. The only side I can comment on with these products is that sometimes I feel too good, even on little sleep...and it can feel harder to fall asleep at night. I'm not jittery or hyper or jacked up...just very awake and feeling good.
