Stack: Anabolic Addiction HT-8 and Phenom V1

Diet: Moderate carbs today day, 2300 total calories.

Appetite: D - Hungry!

Notes: Had a meeting today and drank some potent black coffee from Starbucks. I crashed about 90 minutes later, and then started to feel hungry.

Not the best day, but I survived.

How do you like the stack?
I'm going to be looking into products of this type soon to aid in cutting, might go with AA since they seem to be rockin lately.

98% of days it keeps me going with energy long and strong. Some days my body pulls the "old" card.

I notice this stuff working mainly at night...when i should be tired I feel good. I don't feel jacked up, just awake and aware.

I don't really have a problem with having slight jitters (unless i have to do some writing lol) and I dont need appetite suppression.
Clean energy is a plus, I already have sleeping problems though.

What are the directions? take before meals or just spaced out through the day?

Stack: Anabolic Addiction HT-8 and Phenom V1

Diet: Moderate carbs today day, 2300 total calories.

Appetite: TBD

Notes: Wanted to make an early log today. Last night I was thirsty and slammed some serious water and a protein drink at 11pm. I hit the scale this morning, and found out that I have lost 3 pounds during the last 2 weeks - despite about 4 binge days. Heck, on Sunday we celebrated "Pi Day" and I went to town on about 5 pieces of pie.

Feeling much less hungry this morning.
