Xtend Review And Log
Taste- 4/10* *First off by itself its not that great, but if you add some actual lemonade to it its actually pretty good. Also since i just started using it this is the only thing i can speak on, although i am noticing after i used it today my soreness seems to be going away.

Ok im likin this, based on past experience and how sore i was friday i figured id still be feeling it till monday atleast. But thanks to my new daily cocktail of Xtend, Creatine, and lemonade powder i'm feeling no soreness at all. so as of right now the recovery portion is getting a 10/10
