Thanks J - I may spend a bit more time around the 290 mark and get that strong before I leap. I strained my lower back pretty good when I was younger competing in Martial Arts comps. Never quite healed right.

I never thought I get anywhere near 250 until I recently discovered the gym has a waist belt...and it is so much better while wearing it. I hardly ever did D/L cos of my back so now it's time to catch up with the rest of you monsters
