Couple of side notes:

Think I've lost a bit more body fat, looking a little more toned could just be my eye's playing tricks.
I'll put some more progress pics up just before I go to Hong Kong to keep me motivated. And put together a progression album or something.

Also Fittest I have ever been Cardio wise and I like it!!

My suspicions have been confirmed, jumped on the scales towards the end of my workout, so there is a bit of water weight .... 192lbs. Probably around 190/191 without all the water.

2nd cycle DAY 4

training focus = 9
energy = 8
appetite suppression = 8
crash = 0


Today was an off day so tired some Bear Complex's...Ain't easy thought I'd do better but not used to throwing the Oly bar around like that. Grip/forearms gave out before my breath.

Bear Complex's
First set went for 110lbs got x 3, dropped to 90 and got out the 4.
THEN
Another 3 sets at 90lbs getting around to x5 and the grip would give.

Gonna work on these as I really enjoyed them.

25 min intervals on the mill

Floor wipes with 90lbs on the bar in lock out position
20 reps.

0750 took Cuts
1030 2 x CLA
1230 took second Cuts and BCAAs
1300 workout
1415 took PWO, 2 BCAA's
1500 took 2 x CLA

Good to see you get on to these man. Time to tame the bear. I am hoping to get to a plate each side by the end of this year, and that would look impressive.
