Strangely, amongst all forms of cardio, biking is the one I find least stressful. Prolly due to the years spend biking when I was in India, not on roads, but off the roads, about 20-25 kms a day.
Running is one form of cardio that kills me. Shins hurt like hell, which is why I avoid it as much as I can (which is almost always )

Yea it depends what your used to, for running ain't to bad and jump rope is getting better. Turned of 4 mins straight the other day.
But the bike phew at least for me it was hard work. Looking forward to when I can look back on this and think - it ain't no thing.

Crom would have given a TG-5 for what I walked in with today. energy = 9 Think I was was pumped from begin all $hitty with work - Hope it happens more often. appetite suppression = 8 Very good again today, we'll wait and see how this goes. crash = 0 Clean & stable Full Body 3 mins rowing machine to warm up - 816 meters (PR) Standard Dead Lifts 1 x 5 - 220lbs 2 x 5 - 310lbs 1 x 5 - 220lbs SUPER SET Bench Press (Smith Rack) 3 x 8 - 220lbls 1 x 8 - 135lbs ** Perfect form 2/2 cadence Bent over rows 1 x 20 - 135lbs Renegade Dumbbell Rows 1 x 10 - 30lbs 1 x 10 - 20lbs 3 Minutes Jump Rope Box Jumps 1 x 25 - with 8lbs dumbbells 3 Minutes Jump Rope Chin Ups Wide Grip 1 x 13 Perfect Form Close Grip Lat Pulls 1 x 10 - 185lbs Dips 1 x 15 - Body weight No Time for the stair climber today. 0740 took Cuts 1110 took second Cuts and BCAAs 1210 workout 1350 took PWO, 2 BCAA's 1430 took 2 x CLA

Hell yeah - to me every little be counts. It was on the sheet so I do it, go hard or go home.
I did start to feel funny towards the end like I was gonna puke. But didn't ![]() Besides I'm a glutton for punishment. Yep workout felt great. On to my second lot of Chicken and eggs for today - So far no greens yet.

Man, those dead/bench supersets look gruelling to say the least. You are supersetting and still going pretty heavy on both, which is awesome.
