Amazing workout today Just like our man I was in the danger zone.

Got amped with 3 mins on the rower, then came the compounds.

Dead Lifts
1 x 5 - 220
1 x 5 - 265
1 x 3 - 310
1 x 2 - 310
1 x 3 - 310
1 x 1 - 310

Super setted this with flat bench in the smith (No Spotter)
Flat Bench
1 x 8 - 190
3 x 5 - 200
3 x 3 - 200

Then proceed to ripped through the rest of the full body b routine like old boxer shorts after a deep squat.

Pull-ups Wide Grip - 14

Lat pulls Wide Grip 1 x 10 - 190lbs

3 minutes intense jumping rope

Walking dumbbell lunges appox 17yrds up and back - 45lb Dumbbells

3 minutes stair climber

Dumbbell step-ups 1 x 12 each leg - 45lbs

Chin-ups Close Grip - 1 x 15

Lat pulls Close Grip - 1 x 10 - 190lbs

3 minutes intense jumping rope

Thanks J. There is a long story about my lower back issues, but to cut it short there was a time where I thought 2 plates was an impossible dream.

To do 310 on two separate workouts and still b able to stand and lean without pain is, just amazing.

His 200 was 6 balls less than Nathan Astle's double against England in a TEST match!!
Puts that bad boy in prospective. Sachin 147 balls, Astle 153 balls. Even Shewag's latest was 283 balls.
