Hell yeah great pumps and focus. Sweating even though it's cold as hell out. I'm down 2 lbs as of today and looking leaner and more vascular. Had a really good day today, felt strong and was in it to win it. Seeing more veins in my shoulder, bicep's and forearms. My arms were toast after today's workout. I've dropped a couple pounds and weights are still holding or increasing in some lifts so that's a BONUS!

I don't know if it's just me or what but I feel I've been pushing it and my recovery is just outstanding! I just realized over the weekend that I haven't been sore in it feels like for ever. I'm looking a lot leaner and feeling great, still getting the sweats. Gotta say SLin Sane is doing it's job, good work GENOMYX!

dude the videos are awesome, i know i have said the before but it sure makes for a interesting log....
Question: how do you like your rack set up... is that like a smith machine? does it have the cable that helpswith the lifts, like counter weight or it is just plain with locks on it?
