Wanted to floor press heavy but I was still really sore from monday. Floor Press 135 2x5 225 2x5 275x3 315x3 345x3 365x1 (Cut it there still too sore to go heavy) Fat grip DB Bench 115 15,10 FG DB rows 125 3x8 Shrugs 315 3x12 Bent over laterals 30 3x15 dumbell curls 4x

Rich, my mood has been really good considering my past week. I have a kid with the flu,a death in the family, and I am selling my house. With all that I have slept very well and my training has been good. Even with having to rearrange my training schedule which made for three upper sessions in one week.

Good session on little sleep. I am recovering from a back injury so I have to use lighter weights but I felt pretty good today. Energy is up.
