I dont think it tastes that bad but I have been taking supplements since 1987 and have a good tolerance. I have drank some shakes that taste just like ass of rat.

Do me a favor and introduce yourself to the board. Its nice to know the guys lifting or bodybybuilding accomplishments when you talk to them on the board. I am assuming your a competitive natural bodybuilder like Rich?
