Energy: 8/10 Walking in to the gym I felt a little tired, but after I warmed up, I noticed a solid boost of energy that wasn’t overwhelming but enough to help me power through my back squat top set. After that set, I was on cloud nine so I somewhat finished the workout in a daze lol Focus: 8.5/10 Tunnel vision during the top set of my back squat set and sets across of front squats. However my focus waned during high rep deads. I managed to regain some focus during blast off and abz though. Pump: 9/10 For the first time ever, I got a pump in my upper back and arms from back squat – must have been hitting 15 reps on my money set lol. Enhanced the back pump and got a forearm pump after deadlifts. Front squats and blast offs pumped my quads like crazy. |

2/4/13: 2 scoops in 16oz water on overhead + accessory
Energy: 8/10 The pre-workout nap definitely helped with my baseline energy but after taking juggernaut, I noticed a nice, subtle boost of energy that stayed with me throughout the workout and didn’t drop off. Now the energy was insanely strong, but I was able to plug away without dreading the next set. Focus: 8.75/10 It took a few sets to get in to the groove, but great focus during the top set of overhead press. Focus was solid for chins, rows, and bench, but wasn’t tunnel vision by any means. I definitely was able to focus on feeling the right muscles working. Pump: 9.5/10 Outstanding pump in my entire back from rows and chins, biceps and forearms from chins and curls. Bench, overhead, and incline db press left my triceps with an outstanding pump at the end of my workout. The high rep work really helps agmatine shine. |

2/5/13: 1 scoop in 6oz water on accessory
Energy: 8/10 1 scoop definitely doesn’t have the kick that 2 scoops does, but it was just enough to help me to complete my relatively light workout, which was performed later in the evening than usual. Best of all, no crash, which is always nice. Focus: 8.5/10 Very smooth focus despite working out later than usual in the evening and not performing any “heavy compound” lifts. Even though I had to wait for some equipment, I was easily able to plug along and power through my sets. Pump: 8/10 Nice pump on accessory day especially in the triceps after skullcrushers. Farmers walk and kirk shrugs gave a nice pump in forearms and traps. Glutes and quads were feeling a slight pump after blast offs but nothing crazy |

2/6/13: 2 scoop in 16oz water on deadlift day
Energy Energy was much higher today compared to the previous deadlift day – I beasted the top set, added weight to my BBB squats, had energy for snatch grip deads plus GHRs, abs, and split squats. Focus Tunnel vision during the deadlift top set – my focused wavered a bit during back squats, but I regained it for snatch grip deads, abs, and hammies Pump Leg day pumps are hit or miss for me and today was more of a miss day – while I did have a slight pump in my glutes/quads from back squats, nothing else was really pumped. No worries. |

2/7/13: 2 scoops in 12 oz water on bench + accessory day
Energy Decent boost of energy but I was already well rested going in to the workout – Juggernaut maybe be moderate-high stim per serving, but I definitely didn’t feel jitter or anxious. It helped me power through today’s high volume bench + accessory day Focus I had a bit of trouble focusing on the flat bench sets but I found my groove during OHP and rows. I just couldn’t feel the right muscles working during my flat bench sets but incline bench was a much different story. Pump Outstanding, skin bursting pump in my triceps and chest from bench and incline as well as in my forearms, biceps, and lats from rows. Pump was intense but didn’t hinder my ROM |

2/10: 2 scoops in 16oz water on overhead + accessory day
Energy Energy was ho-hum because of the nasal congestion I picked up on Friday. I could tell me body received a caffeine boost from Juggernaut but my mental energy wasn’t quite there. Nonetheless, I powered through (surprisingly), PR’ed on some accessory work and complete quite a bit of volume during a 90m lift session. I’m pleased given the circumstances. Focus Focus going in to and during the top set was ho—hum. I picked up nasal congestion over the weekend so I was in a bit of a fog throughout the whole workout. However, I regained some solid focus during chins, bench, and chest supported row. Focus slightly waned during kirk shrugs but that’s probably due to fatigue Pump Nice pump in the triceps after my OHD top set and this pump was continued during BBB Bench. Insane upper back pump after kirk shrugs. Lats weren’t pumped per say, but definitely had some lactic acid build-up after chins and chest-supported rows. Even though I performed no direct bicep work, I had a nice little pump leaving the gym. |

2/11: 1 scoop in 10 ounces of water on accessory day
Energy: Going in to this workout, energy levels felt okay, but I slept quite crappily last night and had been walking around with a mental fog. Immediately after I foam rolled and jumped rope, I attempted a barbell complex. Everything felt heavy and I felt god awful. Energy was severely lacking today, so where I lacked in energy, I made up in volume work Focus: After I couldn’t even complete one round of the barbell complex, focus went out the window. I got in to my own head, felt terrible and was in a piss-poor mood. Luckily it was just an accessory day. I basically went through today’s workout on auto pilot. Hopefully tomorrow will be better Pump: Slight pump in the rear delts after high rep reverse pec deck work. Triceps had a decent pump from dips and skullcrushers. Best pump of the day was in biceps and forearms after high rep curls with Fat Gripz. |
