![]() I felt good but I knew I didn't want to stay like that. I wanted to add more muscle. So I went on a mini bulk starting from October and actually ending this week which is then when I start my new goals with the help from PARAGON. I just received PARAGON tonight and took these recent pics. From the pics alone I can tell I put on some good mass. Now it's time to get on point with my nutrition and unveil it. Starting taking PARAGON today. Being it a test booster and my goals of leaning out - I will most likely use pictures as the main way to show results and progression as well as how i feel during workouts.

only my 3rd day on PARAGON and nothing much to report back. I am going back to my carb cycling diet which has been a success for me in the past. I've decided to keep my lifting log here along with my PARAGON log.
Monday: Push Tuesday: Pull Wednesday Off Thursday: Legs Friday:Push Saturday: Pull Sunday: Off Now yes I have upper body twice a week and Legs scheduled once a week. On my 1st pull day I always do a variation of a deadlift (rack, Deadlift + shrug, snatch grip rack deads, clean pulls). On my second Pull day I usually do other posterior chain exercises as well or sled drags. Questions and thoughts are welcomed

MONDAY:
Bench Press: 2-Waves of 5/4/3 Wave 1: 225x5, 245x4, 265x3 Wave 2: 245x5, 265x4, 285x3 (super stoked about this - getting back to lower volume) DB Incline Press 75 x 10, 85x10, 95x8, 105x8 TRX Chest Flyes 4 sets of 10 reps Finished off with DB Reverse Flyes and DB Lateral Raises 4 sets of 10-15 reps each exercise Felt good today and had a lot of energy. Overall, my strength felt like it was up.

So today was PULL DAY:
Warm-up: Lat Pulldown 4 x 12-15 Deadstop DB Rows w. 2 count hold at top. (2-waves of 7/5/3) Seated Rows: 4 x 8-10 reps Straight Arm Pulldowns with 2 count squeeze: 4 x 12 Wide Grip Rack Deads (Bar below knee): 5 reps/set 185,225,275,295,315,365 Grabbed protein shake and weight right into training the second football group of the day. PARAGON still going strong, Can't really tell you if I'm feeling any different or stronger. Tomorrow will make a week so maybe it'll kick in much more? not very sure what to expect other than an increase of testosterone, which is always nice. Here are progress pics after a week. I'm a big believer in posting progress pics. Holds me accountable and says it all. ![]()

Paragon started to hit me strength wise in about 10 days. Then pumps started getting better at 2 weeks and at week 3 body fat came down and vascularity was on the rise daily.
