Good push session #2
Today's push day we switched up a few things because our bodies were a bit tired from the work week. It came out to be an awesome workout: Bench Press: 3 x 8-10 with 225lb Floor Press (w. pause): 4 x 5 - control down, pause on the floor, explode! Cable Flyes: 3 x 10-12 Lateral Raises Cable Reverse Flyes Guns Show I felt like i had a little more energy this morning. especially with the long days I've been having at work. I'm sort of noticing a few changes. I'm looking much harder and dense. I'll post pics up later today.

Will be posting pics tonight..been seeing great progress. Strength feels like it is come up a lot especially in my legs. Yesterday's workout and did power cleans and worked up to a set of 2 with 225. Still glad I got that going.Then today, for my upper body dynamic day - we did 9 sets of 3 with 145+chains (+40lbs at the top). Then after we worked did 3 sets of heavy. Was able to his 275+chains for 2. Pretty happy with that considering my weight is also dropping.

January 15, 2013 ![]() January 22,2013 ![]() February 1, 2013 ![]() PARAGON I believe is kicking in and I'm seeing great results so far with this being my 2nd week on it. Strength is going up and body fat is going down. I am really paying attention to my nutrition. I usually go into phases before I get super strict with diet. Right now I'm carb cycling, but have 2 high days instead of the usual 1 high day i've done in the past
