1/2 scoop today and results are still good. Did some lighter squatting 365 2x3 and then a single with 495. Pulled 405 for 7x3 working on building up my hook grip. Nice easier session to round out the week.

No loss in effects so far. Used 1/2 scoop today and did some lighter oly work to loosen up. Worked up to a 195 Power SNatch and 3 singles at a 255 PC&PP.
