Feeling great today, had another fun workout. Really cut back on the pre workout, just enough to get me going and then the weights take over Close Grip Bench Press 135x2x5 185x5 225 x 7 sets x 5 reps 225x10 (8 plus set, not to failure) All sets were done on 60 seconds rest, except the last set was about two minutes. And I also paused the first rep on each set. DB Rows-strict 70s x 10 80s x 10 90s x 10 Huge Drop Set 100s x 10, 90s x 10, 80s x 10, 70s x 10 No rest between these, went through left arm first and then the right, intense! DB Incline Neutral Grip 70s x 2 x10 80s x 2 x 8 I like these, they hit my triceps harder Face Pulls Neutral Grip 70x 20 115x3 x 15 Awesome pump Fat Grip pushdowns Plus mini band 110 x 15 130x 12 150x 10 130x10 110x8 Deep burn Great session today, my lower back is very sore. But should be good to go by Wednesday, I am going take it pretty easy tomorrow. Nytric was great today, has some awesome pumps all over!

Thursday OHP
Shoulders felt a little off today, but I still hit the reps easy. I am eliminating DE bench to see how it works out. Standing OHP 95x2x5 135x7 sets x 5 reps, 60 sec rest 135x8 reps, had plenty left in the tank Pull Ups BW x 5 x 8 Dips BW x 2 x 12 Plus light band x 3 x 10 BW x 15, 12 Neutral Grip Pull Ups BW x 2 x 8 Accessory Circuit 3 rounds no rest Tricep Pushdown Grenade Handle x 50 each arm x 3 sets x 12 reps Hammer Curls x 30s x 12 each arm Lateral Raise x 12s x 12 each This got an awesome pump going! Felt pretty good today, once I got loosened up. I think I slept wrong on my shoulders, but no big deal. Trained through it. Nytric: Really kicked in when I started the circuit, my arms blew up like balloons!!

Monday Bench Press
Lifted in my basement today, gym closed early. Tough set up to bench in my basement, but got it done. CG Bench Press 135x2x5 185x3 225x1 250 x 7 sets 3 reps-60 seconds rest 250 x 8 reps This last set was a bit of struggle. But I was happy with the way bench went Bent Over Rows-strict 135x12 155x10 185x2x6 155x10 135x15 These were done perfectly strict, very difficult Seated OHP Bar x 20 95 x 3 x 15 Shoulders were feeling a little beat up so I just did some high reps. Seated due to low ceilings. Assistance Circuit BB Rows 45x 20 65 x 15 75x12 65x20 Tricep Pushdown 70 x 4 x 20 Upright Rows 45x20 65x15 75x10 65 x 20 Had to reset a couple times on these, burning! Good session today, very fun. I enjoy working out in the basement every once in a while, allows me to just get crazy and have fun. Nytric was crazy today. Both on the rows and the assistance circuit. Right now I am having trouble typing because my arms are so pumped!! Good stuff

Nytric Update
Nytric has been going well, it is still giving me crazy pumps. Muscles look more full at the end of workouts. Torday for strongman my quads and traps are blown up!
