I was just about to jump on this... but my biggest concern is serving size. I'm well over 180, so I should use only 6 scoops? Going by their math I should be using 8-10 scoops.. At 6 scoops, 1 tub will only last a month....

I'll have to think this over a bit more.. I don't want to drop my cash on something that may only last a few weeks.. I also should have tried for a free sample in the past so I can see how it mixes. BCAAs tend to not mix that well at all, so they stay all gritty and nasty sometimes...

FML for buying from bb.com a few days ago at $50...woulda saved $15 damnit, I'd be tempted if the watermelon @ 90 servings was still in stock, havent tried the other flavors



@ricka, I only take 4 scoops on workout days and it seems fine, anything more would be excessive/a waste of $ IMO.

I use less than the recommended serving size and still notice very good benefits. Your mileage may vary.

I'm somewhere between 180 and 190 and I use 4 scoops. I haven't been sore at all in months. Amazing product.
