One thing to learn while on 531 is to never be disappointed when you hit prescribed on the money set, especially on bench. Your starting 531 with already impressive bench numbers Josh. If you wish, you could even progress slower using only 2.5 lb increases every month.

Kind of rock and rolled through this session. Got done in under 45 minutes, but I sacrificed ab work. I'll make it up tomorrow.

I don't know if I started my Squat numbers to high or what, but 295x3 felt heavy as fawk. I nailed it though, none the less.

I'm starting to feel more "comfortable" performing the good mornings.

Nice Squatting Josh.

Good work on those GMs as well, I started exactly the same as you. High reps and multiple sets to get used to it, once I did they did great things for my Squat.

There will come a day, likely later this year, when 295 will feel light

I think Mrs Squatter is still disappointed I do not have abs, as I think she envisioned me turning into something like those Bowflex models, when I got the JimGym. sooooooooooo - make sure you make up that abwork!! haha
