Default 2/2/13 The Butter Melter

Stretches: Hams, Shoulders, Hips (as described in 5/3/1)

Jump Rope
Double x50 non consecutive. (Already getting better though)

Squat
45x8, 135x8, 190x20

Front Squat
105x8, 115x8,130x8

GM
BWx85

Kirk Karwoski Rows
135x15x3

Overall Workout Grade: A

Notes:
I have dubbed this workout "the butter melter". There is an idea that I've read about that one should train in a way that makes them more awesome. Well, no doubt in my mind, this workout makes me more awesome.

Bumped the 20 rep set up 5lbs from last session. Felt like 50 pounds toward the end.
Followed up the 20 rep set with front squats. It was brutal.

Added 15 reps to the Body weight good mornings, to make it a total of 85 consecutive reps. The aim is 100. I don't know if I mentioned it earlier. But this is a Bill Starr recommended technique for rehabing the lower back.

Finished with the KK rows. These will build the meat the boys and girls.
